How to Extract Pages with PrivaTools

  1. Upload your PDF — Drop a PDF up to 500 MB.
  2. Specify pages to keep — Comma-separated list and/or ranges, e.g. '1, 3-5, 10'. Only those pages will be in the output.
  3. Download the extract — Click Extract. The output PDF contains only the specified pages in their original order.

How is this different from Delete Pages?

Extract keeps the listed pages; Delete removes them. They're complementary — use whichever produces less typing.

Can I extract pages into separate files?

For one-file-per-page splitting, use the Split PDF tool with 'individual' mode.

Does this preserve bookmarks?

Bookmarks pointing to kept pages are preserved; those pointing to dropped pages are removed.
